We want to invest in you so every calendar year, Fullstack provides employees funds for professional growth and personal development.
Professional Level Up Fund
Every year, Fullstack will fund up to $1,000 per calendar year to support professional development in your role at Fullstack.
Professional development opportunities under the policy include:
Professional certifications (directly related to your role)
Training classes & workshops
Once approved, Level-Up Fund reimbursement requests should go through the normal expense reimbursement process, through Expensify.
Personal Level Up Fund
In addition to supporting your professional growth endeavors, we also want to support your personal growth. For non-work related personal development, we will match every dollar you spend with $2 from Fullstack, up to $500 (meaning you would have to invest $250 of your own money in order to get the maximum Fullstack match of $500).
While your personal development choice does not have to be work-related, it should be experiential. However, if you choose, you can also spend this budget against something directly related to work!
Personal development opportunities under the policy might include: health and wellness (fitness classes, meditation), take a drawing class, learn to speak Spanish, see Brené Brown, become a yogi… If you choose, you can also spend this budget against something directly work related.
It should be something truly aimed at personal development or wellbeing – we’re not going to buy you a Game Boy and it’s not a free $500 bar tab (though a wine-tasting class would qualify)
It should be experiential – we will gladly pay (up to $500) for a woodworking class, but we won’t be buying you any tools
